At Heyler, we are dedicated to providing you with high-quality men’s pants, including formal pants, stretchable pants, cotton chinos, cargo pants, and summer linen pants. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our hassle-free return and refund process. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during special promotions are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is defective or damaged.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed, including the return shipping address.

Please do not send the item back to us without receiving return authorization.

3. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your items, as Heyler cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns. If your return is approved, you will receive a refund for the returned product(s), but the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Refunds are issued for the cost of the item only, excluding any original shipping charges, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to initiate an exchange process. Exchanges are only accepted for items in their original condition. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item. In the case of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement at no additional charge.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.

7. Defective or Damaged Items
